We are thrilled to announce that 23 of our apartment communities earned an incredible 34 awards at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) Keystone Awards!
These awards recognize excellence in the multifamily housing industry, celebrating outstanding achievements in leasing, maintenance, and property exterior presentation. We’re especially proud that our communities earned 13 first-place, 14 second-place, and 7 third-place awards!
Celebrating Excellence Across Our Communities
Among this year’s exciting achievements, Hamilton Hall Apartments and DeKalb Apartments Premier each earned a first-place Trilogy Award, recognizing excellence in all three categories: leasing, maintenance, and exterior presentation.
Additionally, six communities earned first-place Dual Distinction awards for Maintenance and Exterior Excellence, while two communities received first-place Dual Distinction awards for Leasing and Maintenance Excellence.
