Phoenix Ridge Apartments is officially open!
On July 15th, Phoenix Ridge, a brand-new apartment community managed by Scully Company in Allentown, PA, celebrated its grand opening. Mayor Matt Turek and Lehigh County Executive Joshua Siegel were in attendance to cut the ribbon with developer Yasin Khan. We were excited to host many local community members to tour the community, enjoy food and drinks from Hart Catering, and hear music by Danny Spec.

Phoenix Ridge is located at 520 W. Cumberland Street, in the South Side neighborhood of Allentown. Scully Company manages the property and offers tours Tuesdays through Saturdays each week.
