At Scully Company, we believe in driving meaningful changes in our communities.
Rooted in a culture of community engagement, compassion, and deep commitment to our core values, philanthropy is a natural component of Scully’s DNA. We believe in harnessing our unique industry skills for societal good and framing charitable initiatives around one common bond – a passion for providing homes.
Service Days at Scully Company
Each Scully Company employee receives two service days to use each year. One can be used for a Scully-sponsored volunteer event organized by the Charitable Committee, and one of the employee’s choosing.
In 2025, over 30 employees joined a service event in their community. Our Charitable Committee thoroughly vets each organization to ensure our resources are utilized effectively. Some of the organizations that we’ve worked with include Mama Tee Fridge and Broad Street Love, both of which are devoted to feeding our community’s underprivileged population.

Other Service Opportunities
In addition to service days, Scully Company also hosts several service opportunities throughout the year like food drives and toy drives.
Move For Hunger is a national non-profit organization that mobilizes transportation networks to deliver food to communities in need. Each of our Scully Company communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New England, and Florida is involved in this impactful non-profit. Check out our recent blog for more information on how Scully Company works with Move for Hunger to impact our communities.
During the holiday season, Scully Company organizes a toy drive in the corporate office and local communities to benefit disadvantaged children in the Philadelphia area. Throughout the month of December every year, employees bring toys to the office to support the Head Start classrooms at Lowell Elementary School in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood.
A Team of Passionate Leaders
Scully employees are not just working professionals but also change-makers. We empower our workforce to give more than just their time and talent but also a piece of their heart, through paid service days and company–sponsored charitable endeavors.
